Megan Drummond

200 RYT

Megan loves to travel and spend time with her friends and family. She enjoys skiing and hiking. In 2021, she started coming to classes at Haute Yogis consistently, and a year later, she decided to train to be an instructor. She is always looking for new adventures, so it was a new and exciting adventure to take. When she started taking classes, she didn't realize the impact it would have on her which made her want others to experience that too!

I’ve been teaching at Haute Yogis since 2017. I have my 200 hr certification as well as my sculpt and shred training. You’ll normally find me teaching sculpt and Bikram during the week and weekends! However, I’ve been known to sprinkle in the occasionally vinyasa class. I was born and raised in Fargo, ND. I got my bachelors in Kinesiology from UND and I’m currently in school for physical therapy. Fingers crossed I’ll graduate in the spring of 2024! I live in Fargo with my boyfriend Nick. He is very supportive and almost always comes to class with me. I have 2 kitties named Peanut and Pancake who I absolutely adore. I hope to see you at the studio soon!

I received my 200-hour RYT in 2020 and have been teaching at Haute Yogis since that time. In each vinyasa class, I try to create thoughtful, challenging sequences that engage you physically and mentally.  I emphasize mindfulness, intentional movement, and staying present.  My hope is that you can tune out everything else and fully immerse in the flow, so that you leave class feeling energized, fulfilled and better than you came.

Outside of the studio, I work as a speech-language pathologist at a local private practice specializing in adult neuro-rehabilitation.  I am certified in LoveYourBrain Yoga and facilitate yoga for brain injury survivors and caregivers.

I have been married to my best friend for over 20 years and am a proud mama to elementary-aged twins.  When I’m not on my mat, you may find me baking, gardening and enjoying time on Rainy Lake.

Sydney Purpur

Hi, my name is Sydney Purpur. I am from Grand Forks. I work as a special education para in Fargo. I am currently working towards my degree in elementary education. I love all things health and wellness. Hot yoga sculpt in particular has been a great place for me to relieve stress, gain confidence, strength, and endurance. I also enjoy the community that yoga has brought to my life. Being a yoga sculpt instructor has become a passion of mine being that I not only get to be creative with new material in the workouts but also creative with new playlists to get the energy up in the room. Meet me on your mat for an always upbeat and intense workout!

Ava Ebeling

Hi! I’m Ava Ebeling, a business student at NDSU with a love for fitness, travel, pottery, and spending time with friends, family, and at the lakes. Many of you might recognize my mom, Rachel—she’s also an instructor here at Haute Yogis. And yes, we get told we look alike all the time! Following in her footsteps, I’ve stepped into the world of group fitness, which began when I started tagging along to her classes. Over the years, practicing at Haute Yogis has truly impacted my life, and now I’m excited to share that same energy and inspiration with others. I can not wait to see you in class!!

Dawn Wilkowski

Hi, I’m Dawn! New to leading a class, however not new to the studio! Body Pump trained, and co-manager at Leela & Lavender in Fargo—where I get to combine my passion for fitness, fashion, and helping women feel confident and strong. My journey into fitness took a powerful turn after undergoing spinal fusion surgery and a long recovery. Stepping outside of my comfort zone, I pursued group fitness instruction as a way to give back the encouragement and energy that transformed my own life. I’ve been a dedicated member of the Haute Yogis community for nearly two years and love the supportive, uplifting environment it offers. When I’m not in the studio or styling at the boutique, you’ll find me with my husband Alex, our three active (not-so-little-anymore) kids, and our sweet fur baby. With hockey, volleyball, and softball always in play, life is full—but we’re embracing this exciting new chapter as almost-empty nesters. Whether through movement, community, or style—I’m here to help others step into their strength and feel their best.

Hailey Hoffner

200 RYT

Hailey received her 200-hour RYT certification from Haute Yogis in 2017 and has been teaching in some capacity ever since. Her favorite styles to teach are a tie between the structured intensity of Bikram and the creative flow of Vinyasa. When she's not guiding students on their mats, Hailey is busy wrangling chaos as a co-owner of Drekker Brewing Company and Brewhalla — a food hall, market, event space, and hotel in Fargo. In her free time, you'll find her traveling, reading, running, knitting, spinning yarn, or spending time with her husband, Zac, and their dog, Disco.

Hayleigh Lautt

200 RYT

Hi, I’m Hayleigh! I’ve been teaching yoga at Haute Yogis since 2023 and practicing since 2019. When I’m not in the classroom teaching elementary school, you’ll find me on my mat—because clearly, I just love to teach (and stretch)! I live out of town with my boyfriend, Jordan, who’s my favorite yoga sidekick—even if I have to bribe him to come to class. Come flow with me sometime—I’d love to have you in class!

Rebekah Kilde

200 RYT

Hi everyone! My name is Rebekah Schultz, but most people call me Bekah, and I am super excited about the opportunity to teach at Haute Yogis! I live with my wonderful husband and hockey playing son and we spend a lot of time following our Moorhead youth hockey teams around the state. Go Spuds! I grew up in Fergus Falls, MN and graduated from Hillcrest Academy in…haha, I’m not going to say when☺ Although I lived at home, Hillcrest was primarily a boarding school, and having that opportunity in high school has blessed me with many life-long friends who live all over the US. One of my favorite things to do is travel to various parts of the country and visit friends! Growing up, I played volleyball and was a cheerleader for many years. While my volleyball skills were JV back-row fill in at Best, I found that cheerleading was much more up my alley and I was the captain of both my football and basketball cheerleading squads. When I started college, my intention was to pursue a career as a music teacher. To make a little money, I found a part time job at a group home working with adults with developmental disabilities – and it pretty much changed my life. I decided that practicing piano for 8 hours a day in a room all by myself was not for me, changed my major to Social Work, and moved up to attend MSU (Moorhead State at the time). I graduated with a Bachelors in Social Work and have been employed in the field ever since. I absolutely love it and wouldn’t change a thing. I have Always truly enjoyed and had a passion for exercise and all kinds of fitness activities! During college, I taught some “old school” Step Aerobics, along with a few other random classes…do you guys remember that Slide thing?! Think 90’s fitness trends. Imagine trying to teach a 60 minute class on something where Basically your only option is sliding back and forth on a 3 foot piece of plastic type stuff. OH boy. Really, though, I am Always a fan of trying anything new, don't take myself too seriously, and am basically game for all forms of group fitness activities. I have one sister who teaches Pilates and one who teaches dance type classes, so it definitely runs in the family.😊 I also love running and have run in 11 Half-marathon races and 1 Marathon. Yes 1 full. And that’s probably the end of that. I like the half-marathon distance! The first one I ever ran was in 2003 at the Grandma’s race in Duluth and I was hooked. I pretty much always run the Fargo race in May, so maybe I will see some of you there! I found yoga kind of late in the game. I had certainly heard a lot about it but had not tried it until I decided to take a parent/child class with my son. I absolutely fell in love – actually we both did. Andrew loves to do yoga with me at home! It’s been several years since that time and I have continued to grow in my yoga practice. I got my Yoga certification through NETA in the fall of 2014 and have been teaching in town for the past year and a half; both yoga and yoga sculpt, along with a little bit of Step along the way. I am currently working through a teacher training program in MA, but I am thrilled that I will be able to complete my 200YTT through Krystle and Haute Yogis right here in town! Here is what I Love most about yoga – As someone with a pretty busy brain☺, it is often the Only Hour I spend all day long where I am Completely present in the moment and that is it. I cherish everything about that hour and love practicing yoga. More than any exercise I've ever done, yoga helps me feel strong and comfortable in my own skin. I love teaching and seeing people start to feel stronger and more confident in their bodies and spirits. Come to my classes and you get your own personal cheerleader! And I love learning. I love attending classes; I love different teaching styles and different types of yoga. I first found Haute Yogis when I attended a workshop held here about a year ago. Prior to that, when I would take classes, I kind of be-bopped around to different places here and there. After attending that workshop, I fell in love with this studio and haven’t looked back. The sense of community and the warm smiles on people’s faces was so inviting. I felt like I just wanted to spend all my time here with all you friendly people! So, I kept coming back and I am so excited I will be able to teach here as well! "Yoga taught me love and it gave me freedom. I believe that a few encouraging words can not only make someone's day, but perhaps change the trajectory of their entire lives". - Dana Falsetti
